In our urban landscape, community support is especially important. We grow community amongst families through regular support groups, classes, and social events. You've found the premier childbirth education class in Sacramento! Our thorough, evidence-based, FUN childbirth education class is open to ALL expectant individuals and families, ALL birthing options, and ALL birthing locations. Taught by two warm and experienced doulas, you are sure to walk away with a complete toolkit of coping measures and a firm understanding of what to expect in pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. Choose from a 4-week Saturday class that meets from 10:00am - 3:00pm or an 8-week Monday class from 6:00 - 8:30pm - in a comfortable home classroom setting near American River College. *Classes offered via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic.
