I provide birth doula and childbirth preparation services for families in the Santa Barbara area, offering caring support through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. As a Certified Spinning Babies Parent Educator, I also host monthly classes that help moms-to-be feel more comfortable and prepared for labor. I believe birth is a beautiful, transformative experience—one that deeply impacts both the birthing person and their partner—and my hope is to support you in feeling confident, cared for, and empowered every step of the way.

As an independent nationally Certified Professional Midwife and Licensed by the Medical Board of CA, I am trained to holistically assist low-risk women and their families who desire unrushed individualized care, their questions to be welcomed, and to have informed decisions for their family respected. Great honor is held for cultural, religious, and philosophical believes and traditions as long as safety for mother and baby are not compromised. Complete primary prenatal, home birth, postpartum, and well woman care is provided. I am also a licensed massage therapist and certified placenta encapsulation specialist with PBi.
