I support pregnant women, new moms, mommas and families in Santa Cruz County from Davenport and south to Watsonville even Monterey with my home cooking services, doula help, placenta preparation and encapsulation services. At Baumann College I earned my Nutrition Consultant certification and have studied home foods preparation. I love healthy foods and have talents in the kitchen to support busy couples and families to eat wholesome meals at home. I was also trained to use the Traditional Chinese method of placenta preparation, just ask me about it.
