We are a group of independent, licensed midwives, doulas, and other complimentary practitioners who have come together to offer holistic homebirth midwifery, well-woman care, doula services and support for expectant and new families, and massage therapy. Some of our practitioners also offer childbirth preparation classes specifically geared toward homebirth, placenta encapsulation, individual Hypnotherapy sessions, various events such as Midwives Mingle, Homebirth Lunch, New Parents Circle, and other classes and support groups for the community.
Oxomohco Birth & Body Work now focuses exclusively on birth education and in-person birth support. I am no longer offering massage or bodywork services and have fully transitioned away from office-based appointments. I specialize in birth preparation through my Tlali Birth Prep Series, hospital advocacy education, labor and delivery vocabulary classes, Indigenous womb care teachings, and clear, grounded guidance for families navigating pregnancy and birth. My classes are designed to help you understand your rights, communicate confidently with your medical team, and make informed, values-aligned decisions throughout your journey. I also provide in-person birth support as a doula for families from Hollister to Redwood City, offering culturally rooted, compassionate care that honors your autonomy and lived experience. All services are now virtual or home-based, allowing for a more personal, accessible, and intentional approach.
