I practice Craniosacral and somatic therapy. I also support women in birthing outside of the medical paradigm, at home. Through relating to the individual's whole system in my session work, I can locate trauma sources of the symptoms that have manifested and assist them through pathways out of the body. This provides the opportunity to integrate a person into their truth and greater purpose. Craniosacral is an interesting discipline because it emerged from doctors who worked anatomically, but undeniably found access to the spirit. This is gentle and wonderfully supportive throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This work is extremely calming to the nervous system and is helpful in healing from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, car accidents, injury, autoimmunity, or chronic pain.

Mommy & Me: In our 8-week non-judgmental classes we focus on educational topics for parents, fun age-appropriate play, concentrate on social, motor, and verbal skills, and end with Q&A session. Labor & Delivery: Provides education to pregnant woman and their partners. Classes are private, ensuring the health and safety of our parents to be. This also allows greater one on one attention and personalization in each class. This class covers: * How pregnancy affects your body * Stages of labor * Laboring techniques (i.e., Comfort measures, positions, breathing) * Partners role * Birthing positions * Understanding medical interventions and options * Intro to breastfeeding after delivery (The Golden Hour) Breastfeeding Support: This group is designed to help breastfeeding moms with expert and nonjudgmental advice to support their breastfeeding journey. We are here to discuss topic such as establishing and/or increasing milk supply, feeding schedules, pumping, proper latching, returning to work and much more. Consults: All our consults are 1 on 1 to give you and your child our undivided attention. Consults can be schedule virtually, in our beautiful office, or in the comfort of your home. Consults can be schedule for breastfeeding/ bottle feeding, sleep, baby care, gas/colic, and more!
