I am a Postpartum Doula in the Denver area-- I specialize in helpful families transition after having a new baby. I can give guidance on infant care, sleep, + feeding, help the mom self-identify any abnormalities, help potential siblings adjust, do light cleaning, + overall, help the mom recover + rest after giving birth. I can also help with meal preparation, will offer herbal support, + can give community referrals for any resources needed.

It is my desire that women feel knowledgable and prepared for labor/motherhood. I offer four childbirth classes before her labor begins, I am there for the endurance of her labor, and we meet afterwards to help write her birth story. My role is to keep labor progressing and to work closely with her team of support.
