Mandy Jeffries has been offering Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis classes in Denver area since 2011. She teaches at The Mama'hood in the Highlands and Belly Bliss in Cherry Creek. Complete childbirth education and as much support as possible during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period are very important in having the birth experience you desire.
