I do this by providing information and education about birth choices, emotional support, physical comfort measures (such as breathing, massage, movement, relaxation, and positioning), breastfeeding support, and by helping facilitate communication between the mother and her care providers. I also offer professional birth photography as an add on to my doula packages, or alone.
