I am a certified birth doula, which means I am trained to support women emotionally, informationally and physically during pregnancy and birth. I am also a formally trained childbirth educator, postpartum doula and breastfeeding counselor. I love providing support across the spectrum. Starting prenatally and supporting women through postpartum is my favorite way to support growing families.

Roots to Nest offers certified labor doula support and childbirth education services to families of all kinds around the Denver metro area. Doula care is appropriate in all birth settings - hospital, birth center, or home birth - and is proving effective in shortening the length of labors and reducing rates of cesarean birth. Doulas are experienced with out-of-hospital birth, water birth, and are happy to support any type of birth that a client desires.
