As your birth doula, I walk alongside you through pregnancy, labor, and delivery, offering support, encouragement, and reassurance. Whether your birth takes place in a hospital, birth center, or at home, I provide guidance so you feel confident and informed. I use comfort techniques such as massage, breathing, movement, and positioning to help your body work with the process of labor. I also help you navigate choices and advocate for your preferences while ensuring the father feels supported and included every step of the way. As your postpartum doula, I support your recovery and transition into parenthood with practical guidance for newborn care, feeding, soothing, and sleep. I offer light household help so you can focus on rest and bonding. I provide emotional support, and listen with compassion and encouragement as you adjust to your new life journey. What makes my care unique is the heart behind it. I don’t just show up to do a job—I serve each family as if my own. My approach blends knowledge with warmth, creating a safe, calm, and uplifting space for you and your baby. I also provide prayer as well.
