MomSquad brings together expecting mothers at a similar stage of pregnancy and postpartum moms for honest conversation, evidence-aware education, practical preparation, and ongoing peer support. The group is designed to extend your individual clinical care, not replace it. There is a gap in prenatal information — provided by a trusted caregiver versus sourced informally (e.g., social media) — as well as a gap in prenatal community outside of formal, paid childbirth education courses. Women deserve to be informed, empowered, and educated in their pregnancies. They deserve a forum to discuss and feel supported in their fears, successes, concerns, and inner strength.
