I offer non medical pregnancy, labor, and postpartum support to expecting families in and around Lincoln, NE. I am a toLabor trained birth doula and a Hypnobabies Certified Hypnosis Doula. Ask me about Hypnobabies, a complete childbirth education program that also teaches self hypnosis. Hypnobabies resources are currently available upon request. Hypnobabies classes now forming for April 2011.
