My main focus as a doula is both in Labor/birth work and postpartum work. My goal is to make sure that every family that goes to me has the best birth experience possible; whether it be a home or hospital birth and get their needs met throughout the whole experience (before, during and after baby(ies) is/are born). I work with most of my mom’s and future mom's (and partners) for months getting them ready physically and mentally with many tools, but my most favorite is hypnossage (which is my own way of mixing massage and Hypnobirthing) . I’m also a midwife, hypnotherapist and massage therapist. I’m fortunate to have a lot of knowledge, tools and experience that helps me to give each mom what they personally need.
