My passion for helping families grew through of hands-on experience, leading me to become a Certified Postpartum Doula and Lactation Educator. Having personally experienced undiagnosed postpartum depression, I approach every family with empathy, understanding, and a personal touch - creating a safe, judgement-free space where parents feel confident, supported, and cared for.
