It is my honor and privilege to nurture your birthing experience and early parenting journey. Energy healings, space holding, sacred ceremony and more! Emotional and physical support for a birthing person during labor & delivery. Facilitates communication with staff to ensure that you have the information you need to make informed decisions regarding your baby's birth. Provides reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, makes suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning, and other techniques for your comfort. Standard Package: 2 prenatal visits, continuous labor & birth support, and 1 Postpartum visit. premium package: 3 prenatal visits, continuous labor & birth support, 2 postpartum visits, a mom and baby reiki session, and a surprise gift. Postpartum Care Provides non-medical physical, emotional and informational support after the birth or adoption of your baby. Assists with self-care, recovery, postpartum comfort measures, infant care, parenting information, and help learning to feed and care for your baby. Practical support will include preparing nourishing meals, snacks and drinks, running errands, and caring for your nest while you bond with baby. The tasks provided by me each day will depend on your particular needs that day. Care is tailored to you and your families unique needs at any given time. Postpartum readiness consults and support from pre conception all the way through the first year or two postpartum.
