For those who choose it, Freya Center also offers acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine as supportive options alongside midwifery care. These services may be used to support fertility, pregnancy comfort, labor preparation, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and pain management, based on individual needs and preferences. Acupuncture and herbal care are also available as standalone services for fertility support, hormonal balance, and musculoskeletal or pelvic pain. Care at Freya Center is never one-size-fits-all.
