I am a mother of 2, and a retired nurse with 30+ years of experience in the healthcare field. My mission is to provide nurturing and knowledgeable care to families as they navigate the transformative journey of welcoming a new baby. As a doula, I offer emotional support, practical newborn care guidance, and evidence-based information to help families recover, rest, and bond. My background in nursing enhances my ability to recognize physical and emotional needs of both the mother and baby, while my lactation counseling ensures families receive tailored support with breastfeeding and infant feeding.
