Freya Center provides personalized, relationship-based care that integrates midwifery, acupuncture, and herbal medicine. We provide midwifery care for home and birth-center births, along with prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care. Appointments are unhurried and collaborative, with time for real conversations, thoughtful questions, and informed decision-making. For those who choose it, Freya Center also offers acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine as supportive options alongside midwifery care. These services may be used to support fertility, pregnancy comfort, labor preparation, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and pain management, based on individual needs and preferences. Acupuncture and herbal care are also available as standalone services for fertility support, hormonal balance, and musculoskeletal or pelvic pain. Care at Freya Center is never one-size-fits-all. We focus on individualized, evidence-informed care that respects personal choice and supports you as a whole person at every stage of reproductive health.
