At Lifegiving Bodies, we are all about holistic care and specialize in helping you prepare for physiological birth through education and purposeful movement. We incorporate childbirth education and prenatal exercise into our doula support. We provide true hands on support during labor and birth. And we follow up with you into your early postpartum days. By focusing on the whole journey, our doulas provide continuity of care that is unmatched.
