I'm a DONA trained birth doula offering services in the Washington, DC metro and N. Virginia area. As your doula I provide evidenced based answers to your questions and help you plan for the birth you desire. When it's time to meet your baby, I help create an empowering environment and provide continuous physical support. After birth, I answer questions about caring for your baby and help with nursing techniques. I love working with all families and helping expectant parents plan for and achieve their birth goals.
