I’m Amélie, a French mama and birth doula in the U.S., supporting women and families through preconception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My work blends emotional support with evidence-based childbirth education, all rooted in the mind–body connection. My journey began in 2018 when I moved to the U.S. and quickly became a mother. Like many, I entered birth relying on my OB-GYN, without the knowledge or preparation I now know is essential. My first birth in 2019 felt disempowering and was followed by a difficult postpartum period. Through community, movement, and education, I rebuilt my confidence. Two years later, I experienced a healing home birth that changed everything and led me to train in childbirth education, prenatal and postpartum support, and become a doula. Today, I support families with calm presence, practical tools, and personalized childbirth education. In 2026, I joined the Madam Doula collective, working alongside a trusted community of doulas. I especially love supporting French-speaking families, helping them navigate the U.S. maternity system with clarity and cultural understanding. It’s an honor to walk alongside you, helping you prepare for birth with knowledge, confidence, and support.
