I have over 11 years' experience as a birth doula in large and small hospital settings and with a diverse client demographic. My goal is to supportyour entire family to have the birth experience that you desire. I am experiencedin massage for both the mother and infant and pre and post natal massage can beincluded in your package. I teach and practice meditation and yoga, which allows me to be centered and supportive in stressful situations.
