Dr. Jillian Iris Okeefe first got the idea to pursue a career in optometry because of her middle name: Iris. She liked the idea so much that, after majoring in chemistry at UNC-W, she decided to attend the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. David Lee is an optometrist at eyecarecenter in Winston-Salem, NC. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Lee specializes in comprehensive eye care, dry eye treatment, and glaucoma management. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the North Carolina Optometric Society.
Dr. Truc Ly Tran was born in Vietnam and moved to Chicago at age five. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from Loyola University of Chicago and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree cum laude from Southern College of Optometry. Dr. Tran completed a residency at the James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. She specializes in comprehensive eye exams, pediatric care, and ocular disease management.
