Located inside the Walmart on Rayford and Hwy 99. We are open 6 days a week with extended hours til 8 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We accept Medicare, some Medicaid plans, & Most Major Medical and Vision insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Davis and VSP.
