We serve adults struggling with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, and related mood disorders. Many of our patients have tried traditional medications or therapies without the results they need, leading them to look for evidence-based alternatives that offer real relief and stability. We offer advanced, FDA-approved treatments including Spravato (esketamine) and TMS, as well as IV ketamine therapy and comprehensive medication management. We are a 501 ( C ) medical clinic providing health care to low-income, medically uninsured residents of Deschutes County, Oregon. We provide over 8, 000 patient visits annually through the work of more than 300 volunteers. All of the care at our clinic is provided and coordinated by our dedicated volunteers with the support of a small cadre of staff who schedule volunteers, oversee programs, maintain facilities and raise funds.
