Dr. Allen Chien is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He has years of experience extracting teeth, placing dental implants, and performing the full range of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures. He has lived in Fresno since his oral and maxillofacial surgery training, and he greatly enjoys residing in the central valley with his family. When he isn't at Fresno Oral Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental Implant Center, Dr. Chien participates in a variety of dental and medical charity events in Fresno and the surrounding communities. He is also on staff at our local hospitals for trauma calls and other more extensive procedures. Open and honest communication is central to his practice. He appreciates working and communicating with referring dentists to treat their patients. Dr. Chien was a dentist before he became an oral surgeon, and this experience gave him a unique perspective.
