Dr. Hadi Khazaal is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who completed his residency at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating as valedictorian, and his medical degree from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. Dr. Khazaals training included a general surgery internship at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.His clinical expertise includes dentoalveolar surgery, facial trauma reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, TMJ replacements, and pathology. He has contributed to several publications and received honors in research.

Dr. Gary Forgach is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. To become a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon he completed several years of didactic and hands on training which included a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Michigan, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the same universitys School of Dentistry, and an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Certificate from Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago.
