Dr. Ronald James Levine is a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1987. Ronald Levine, DMD was born in New York City and raised in Oregon. He received his dental degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1987 and a specialty certificate in Prosthodontics from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1991. He holds an affiliate professor position at the OHSU School of Dentistry.
