Dr. Bailey attended Texas A&M University in College Station on a National Merit Scholarship and a President's Endowed Scholarship, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
