We show up to diagnose the problem and fix it, not to turn your repair call into a sales pitch for new equipment. Expect skilled troubleshooting, clear answers, and repairs done right. Told you need a new system? Get a second opinion before you replace it. We service central AC systems, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, dual-fuel systems, mini-splits, VRF systems, and commercial rooftop/package units. The $75 service call includes HVAC diagnostics. This is one fee for the visit and diagnosis. The $75 is credited once toward an approved repair. Service visits: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-8 PM; Saturday-Sunday, 8 AM-5 PM. Phone support: daily, 9 AM-5 PM (Pacific time). Online booking is available 24/7, subject to appointment availability.
