Kyron's AC Filter Service changes all of your commercial filter needs on a schedule basis as we travel throughout most of Florida. Most HVAC mechanical companies do not like to change the filter because it is not economical for them. This is where we step in to contribute. Our service technician's inspect your a/c units for clogged, dirty or frozen coils. The belts are also checked for cracks, breaks, frays or detachment from the motor. If the condensation pan is clogged while we are changing the filters; we will unclog it at no additional cost. This will prevent the water from overflowing from the unit and ruining your ceiling with water stains. If there are any problems, our service technicians will inform the manager verbally and submit a monthly report. Our inspection process prevents major problem with your unit and costly repairs. For example, our report would state that the problem was a $4.00 belt and not a $700.00 motor.
