I can say, honestly, that I think I am what a small business is all about. I run a two man operation out of my home and pass my lower overhead on to you. Most importantly I really do know repairs. So many guys out here do not. They will advertise that they do but in my years of doing work in Cleveland and the surrounding area I can tell you that more than half of the time these other guys are parts changers and/or installers who come out. . .do a dog and pony show, taking out their tools, and then tell you that your unit is shot and you need a new one. Remember : For every good repair/service tech there are 20 installers. For less than the cost of a new unit you could repair for much cheaper. I don't care how rusty and old your furnace/ac unit looks, It can be repaired. People get suckered into putting in new systems all the time, just because they have the wrong guy out, of course there are times when it may be better to install a new system but usually we can squeeze a few more years (at least) out of just about any unit.
