Our recipes have been meticulously refined by one of the most respected Italian gelato masters in the United States. Our organic gelato is healthier, with far less fat than the neon-colored cones you see walking down the street. We use no artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, hydrogenated fats, emulsifiers, or genetically modified ingredients. Whenever possible our ingredients are farm fresh and organic. Our recipes use only fresh organic whole milk and heavy cream, high quality egg yolks and local farm fresh or organic frozen fruits. The salted caramel in our Salted Caramel Gelato is made especially for us by a local French Chef and Chocolatier. We create original flavors, Today we created banana-chocolate gelato made with real bananas that was so popular we had to make extra. Soon we will be offering vegan gelatos and unique flavors that are very low in sugar. We feel good about every scoop we serve and are absolutely delighted when children and adults enjoy the experience. That is why we do what we do. It makes us smile.
