Fentons Creamery and Restaurant is found at Vacaville's iconic Nut Tree Plaza and offers an interesting selection of toothsome ice-creams and savories. Established in the year 2007, the first Fentons was founded in the year 1894 and ever since, it has continued to delight diners with delectable American eats and desserts. Along with an array of popular an inventive flavors like pistachio, strawberry, toasted almond and peppermint, Fentons also has an inviting breakfast menu and a separate kids' menu.
Artisanal ice cream, hand-made in small batches, served up in a vibrant, kid-friendly scoop shop. Ingredients, including our custom ice cream base, are pasteurized on site and are predominantly sourced locally and organically. All ice cream and fold-ins, including marshmallows, brittles, and cookies, as well as the fresh waffle cones, brownies, and sauces are made 100% from scratch. Lottie's ice cream is thick, creamy, and extra flavorful because we don't whip in air to expand the product.

almare specializes in high quality, artisan gelato. we make our gelato fresh everyday in the shop's laboratorio. we follow a traditional process of gelato making that allows our ingredients time to blend together, enhancing the flavor of each scoop. we don't cut corners with artificial powders or chemicals that better the appearance of the gelato but compromise the flavor. we purchase farm fresh citrus, strawberries and other fruit from monterey market in berkeley. we import our nuts from farmers in sicily and piedmont. We are proud to be part of berkeley's established tradition of authentic, fine food.
