We make small batch artisanal ice cream and all baked goods right in our kitchen at our East Petaluma location( Wilco plaza) using our own recipes and formulas. All our sauces and waffle cones are also prepared from scratch. We offer vegan, gluten free, sugar free, and dairy free options. We use compostable and biodegradable paper products for all our consumables.
We make and serve Frozen custard — an amazingly smooth and dense soft serve ice cream made from a custard base (milk, cream, sugar, egg yolk) in a special machine. We make ours fresh all day long for the best texture. We are a locally-owned small business, we make our frozen custard base and almost every topping from scratch. We use local and organic ingredients, compostable spoons, and are proud to be in a green building!
