One of Pasadena's best Burrito and Mexican Food Restaurants! Burrito Express opened its doors in May of 1978 on the corner or Washington Blvd and Sierra Bonita Ave in the North East side of beautiful Pasadena, California. Although we are north of the mainstream part of the city, we've been a staple to Pasadena. People come from near and far for our tasty menu items. We have proudly owned Burrito Express since 2008 and we are proud to say that we have never and will never change any part of the original recipes used by the original owners so as to maintain continuity and consistency in the flavor of the food as it has been since 1978. As they say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". We cook all our meats in-house, we make our own sauces, we roll our own taquitos and chop every last vegetable we use. Our goal is for every customer to enjoy their food all the way down to the very last bite.
In business since 1919, the third generation of this family-owned business is running the shop now. Featuring 40 flavors of ice cream, Fosselman's Ice Cream parlor is a regular hang out for many.
