Our Proprietary Family Recipe dates back to 1969. It has given our original "Churreria" great notoriety throughout the Highlands of Jalisco (home of the most discriminating Churro Aficionados!) Our Churros are Never rushed, Never reheated, and Always cooked/cut upon order..Piping Hot! Our ingredients are All Natural, Never Frozen, and Vegan with 0% Cholesterol! Every batch of Dough is a 'Labor of Love'. So much so that our Dough Preparation process takes 3 DAYS most of which is done by hand.
