Rick's Ice Cream's tagline is "rather rich," and it's a fitting description - their ice cream is made in small, five-gallon batches using local dairy, high-quality flavorings and Guittard chocolate. Popular flavors (a total of 48 are available) range from time-tested favorites such as coffee and Rocky Road to the slightly unusual Computer Chip, a chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips and orange zest, Blue Moon, their secret flavor with a taste reminiscent of fruity cereal, or Valencia orange sorbet. They also offer more exotic flavors such as halvah (sesame seed paste) or kulfi (Indian saffron with rose water and pistachio). It's great for kids and adults with more adventurous palates alike!
