God Save the Cream began as a wholesale operation supplying some of Colorado's most exclusive venues before growing into its own retail shop and production facility right here in Englewood. Founded by Jessica La Forge, a Culinary Institute of America graduate who became an Executive Pastry Chef at just 20, the shop blends classical pastry training with a passion for pushing ice cream past the ordinary. Every flavor is made in store using Carpigiani machines for that signature texture and mouthfeel. Our menu spans rotating small batch releases, imaginative sundaes, gourmet ice cream sandwiches, extravagant ice cream cakes, and our original ice cream cake pops.
