Guests are able to serve themselves as they choose from 14 flavors and over 50 toppings to create their own perfect mix. We're the sweetest thing at the Shell Factory! Gulf Coast Fudge Co fudge is cooked-up in a copper kettle using an original recipe that dates back to the 1800s. It is then hand-poured and cooled on a marble slab before being whipped into a loaf right before the eyes of tourists and locals on the Gulf Coast of Florida at the iconic tourist attraction The Shell Factory & Nature Park.
