We're always taking suggestions and maybe we can make your ice cream dreams a reality!Liquid nitrogen ice cream is different, in the best possible way. As each and every serving is made right in front of your eyes, it's fresh. That means that the flavour is everything it could be. As it's frozen in seconds, it's also very smooth. That means that there's a velvety texture and a creaminess that you won't find elsewhere. The liquid nitrogen rapidly creates miniscule ice crystals, quickly evaporating after coming into contact with the ice cream base. Liquid nitrogen boils at -325 / -196C, meaning that there won't be a trace of it left by the time you tuck in. The whole process is completely safe and we take this very, very seriously. Every member of our staff wears an atmospheric monitor on their waist, while our equipment is maintained by the absolute best. And it looks cool. Don't forget that.
