Very poor online customer service. No one answered phone to assist. Chat box is useless. I was a customer for many years. Very shameful what this company has become.

Well it is a store and the prices are low, so if this is a label that you like, you will probably have a good time here and get some bargains. But it is just a store.

The clothing from Eddie Bauer are really exceptional. Good prices and good cloths, I wish there where some shops here in Europe too. To far going to US to get these clothes.

For an outlet store a very good selection and some decent deals even on some First Ascent stuff. Staff helpful as well.
