This happen in their Somerville location. But they aren't on Tripadvisor yet. I was astonished by the poor customer service I received in the store. Apparently, if you have a problem, they make you call a phone number on a poster on the wall. When I reached the person, they were from the online Ralph Lauren business and unable to help me. I asked the staff if they were empowered to make customers happy, and their answer was no. I was remarkably calm the entire time; I got ganged up by four different people, with one of them shouting at me. I had a relatively minor issue with their jeans; they had a belt loop that had detached. It was less than six months old and worn a few times. They insisted that I call customer service to ship it back myself. However, the person on the phone couldn't help me because they were with the online business, not the store business. I spent a lot of money in that store, no more.

The Ralph Lauren store has two levels of men's furnishings. The store carries both Collection and Polo. Staff is welcoming and friendly too.

I was excited to visit this store while I was in Boston. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that they did not have Black Label; just polo and Purple Label.
