Overall, very pleasant experience. Short wait time at the office & during hospital/day surgery visits, great bedside manner by the Dr. Raphaeli, nurses and staff. Highly recommend!!

Office staff has poor patient care. I even spoke to Sama the office manager and the same type of care was given.
