The selection includes traditional meats such as pork-shoulder, beef brisket, spareribs and pit-smoked chicken, served with classic sides like Mmc & cheese, collard greens, and mashed potatoes. The communal plate called 'The Hawg' contains a combo of all the previously mentioned meats along with turkey and sausage and four different sides. Definitely a place that makes the Southern kitchen proud.
