Inner Light Yoga offers Vinyasa style yoga classes, workshops and private sessions. Classes interweave the breath with the movements of the body. You will be offered a balanced asana class that is accompanied by guided relaxation techniques and breathing practices, for we understand that "it is by focusing on the breath that we ask the mind to cease its fluctuations."
