As envisioned by owner Zdenek Srom, the Bohemian Biergarten is meant to exude that old-world charm. Inside, the long communal tables made from century-old reclaimed wood, elegant rafters, high ceilings, vintage lighting and antique decorations add that traditional European beer-hall touch. The menu features various sausage dishes, pretzels, small plates and daily specials. European draft beers are the reigning stars here though you may find a few local ones as well. Overall, the Bohemian Biergarten transports you to a different continent while still in the heart of the Colorado.
