DMC's Rock School offers music lessons in popular music styles including rock, blues, pop, country, and funk. Our music lessons are different and exciting. We help musicians and non-musicians who are just starting out make the dream of being a "Rock Star" a reality! Rock School students learn music by making music. Our sessions teach instrument instruction keyed to the experience and ability of the individual or band. They start playing on the first day of and improve daily as musicians, and eventually are given the opportunity to form a band with other students. We put together like-minded individuals at the same levels of experience and provide great music for them to play and rock out too. We then match them with seasoned professional instructors who help them practice for a real live performance where they take center stage to live out their musical dreams in front of family and friends. The Performances will take place on our live sound stage equipped with a phenomenal lighting system, fog machines, lasers, and a professional sound system for them to JAM out on and to perform the songs they have learned and practiced. Performances are held throughout the year and increase in song levels as the individual progresses.
