Irazú Costa Rican Restaurant & Catering South American Restaurant ·$$

For a typical Costa Rican dining experience, Irazu is the perfect spot. Among the authentic varieties, the Milanesa is a favorite and comprises steak, covered with breadcrumbs served with yellow rice, pinto beans, sweet plantains, salad and white cheese & tomato sauce topping! Costa Rican cuisine uses exotic herbs, shrubs and plantains which combine perfectly well with most of their dishes. The traditional mustard sauce with Tilapia is a must try. The daily specials feature veggies and other regular sides comprising beans, sweet plantain, beans and cabbage salad. Ask for multiple flavored shakes which are prepared in water, milk or soy.

Awesome vibes, good food, I highly recommend making a visit. Not a lot of places offer authentic Costa Rican food, and the ability to support a local small business is an additional plus.
