Our business specializes in mindfulness. A healing session is fantastic for people who are stuck on their journey. We talk about situations where you feel stuck and plant new ideas. Then we work on energy work, and sound healing. I enjoy connecting people to their purpose while guiding them to become the better version of themself. Many people see me to overcome fear and anxiety. Most clients say the space is the most relaxing space in Reno. We love teaching mindfulness and meditation to give you the tools you need to practice with. Over the past ten years I have helped people in their relationships, with dying, fear, illness, finding their purpose plus so much more. We hold many different classes and workshops to improve the spirit on its journey. A few of the classes are mindful meditation, manifesting, learning to love yourself. Another offering is energy clearing. We have went into many different businesses and helped them become unstuck by clearing their space and the actual owner. We also cleanse and clear peoples homes.
